Consistency is the very first thing that weight loss comes down to. If you are trying to lose weight, even five or ten pounds, and you see on social media is people posting before and after pictures it seems for them weight loss is coming so easy. That's not necessarily the case! They are having the same struggles that you might be having, the same urges and the same scheduling problems with work and kids; But the only thing that they have done differently is they stay consistent.
Accountability is the most important part of weight loss. You need someone who will be there to hold your hand and guide you through this process. And guess what? This person CANNOT be your bestie, your husband or your sister. Why? Because they love you and won't call you out on your crap! Haha. But it's true. While they are probably supporting your weight loss journey they will most often let you slack.
So, who is it that will keep you accountable? Well, it may be time to invest in an accountability coach. An accountability coach is someone who will help you thru the journey, assist you in finding ways around the little things that pop up and stop your workout and more importantly they will call you out on your excuses and make sure you succeed!
