Consistency is the very first thing that weight loss comes down to. If you are trying to lose weight, even five or ten pounds, and you see on social media is people posting before and after pictures it seems for them weight loss is coming so easy. That's not necessarily the case! They are having the same struggles that you might be having, the same urges and the same scheduling problems with work and kids; But the only thing that they have done differently is they stay consistent.
Accountability is the most important part of weight loss. You need someone who will be there to hold your hand and guide you through this process. And guess what? This person CANNOT be your bestie, your husband or your sister. Why?...
